Healthcare with Compassion
Preventive and curative services

Karuna Care Foundation, supported by the Karunamai Ma Charitable Trust, builds and implements social welfare, healthcare, and education initiatives in and around Sohna. Our core partners include iCARE Eye Hospital and Rural Medicare Society.

Eye camps began in 1992 under the aegis of Shree Karunamai Maa Peeth. Since establishing the Centre in 2011, services have expanded to general medicine, gynecology, dental, pediatrics, diabetes and cardiovascular awareness, diagnostic facilities, and alternate therapies such as homeopathy and acupuncture.

Karuna Healthcare Centre caters to over 200 villages and semi-urban colonies with more than 100,000 households, focusing equally on preventive and curative care while engaging communities with transparency for patients and sponsors.

Community outreach at Karuna Care Foundation

Outreach

Community Outreach and Training
Camps, counseling, and skill development

Outstation medical camps for eye (OPD and surgeries) are conducted periodically in Bawali (Uttar Pradesh) and Bahadurgarh (Haryana). Pediatric consultations are also offered in Karol Bagh, New Delhi.

The Centre offers certified nursing and paramedic training through partnerships with non-profits and accredited universities, providing need-based scholarships. Programs incorporate experiential learning at Rural Medicare Centre and Karuna Healthcare Centre.

We recruit and train women from villages as preventive health counselors to disseminate good-health practices to communities. Visiting consultants conduct specialized awareness sessions using customized modules for village groups.
